Coordinated Entry
Coordinated Entry
Provider Resources
Coordinated Entry (CE) is a process that helps people experiencing homelessness connect to housing programs in a fair and consistent way.
The NE CoC oversees CE planning and implementation in our region. This work is led by our CE Committee who creates policies & procedures, tools, and training to support agencies and programs that take part in CE in our region.
Participating agencies are required to use approved forms for completing assessments and receiving referrals. These forms will be posted here.
